It's been great to see more and more people come and try Morning Fitness - it's always on, even if it's raining. If we get a weather event, well, we're right next to the cyclone shelter!
What we've been doing is devoting equal time to:
STRENGTH
CARDIO-VASCULAR and
FLEXIBILITY training
so it's a complete body all over workout.
